www.kmcdesigns.com.au (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agreed to this Notice. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

You should not rely on any content on this Site as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific

4. Product Suitability & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are consumer goods manufactured via FDM 3D printing using common thermoplastic materials

(such as PLA and PETG). By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge the following:

• 3D printed items are not suitable for applications requiring food contact, high-heat environments (above

approximately 60°C for PLA), or structural load-bearing use unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

• Fidget and small desktop items may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of

age without adult supervision.

• Product strength and durability depends on correct use. KMC Designs is not liable for damage, injury, or

loss arising from misuse, modification, or use contrary to any instructions provided.• Colours and finishes may vary slightly between orders due to material batch differences — this is a normal

characteristic of 3D printing and does not constitute a defect.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMC Designs, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable to you

or any third party for any of the following arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

• Loss or damage arising from reliance on any information published on this Site.

• Interruption or unavailability of the Site or any linked third-party service.

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited

to the greatest extent permitted — in the case of goods, to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price

of the relevant product.

any inconsistent provision of this Notice.

You may view and print content from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not

reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, display publicly, or create derivative works from any Site

content without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights

in the underlying design to you.

You agree not to use this Site to:• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

• Transmit spam, malware, or any unsolicited communications.

• Scrape, harvest, or data-mine content or customer information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
