(Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what information we collect, why we

collect it, and how we use and protect it.

• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

• Custom order specifications and any messages you send us.

• Account login credentials if you create an account.

• Pages visited, time spent on site, and referring URLs (via cookies and analytics).

• Purchase history and browsing behaviour on our store.

2. How We Use Your Information

years in accordance with Australian tax law.

• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.

• Opt out of direct marketing at any time.

• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we

have breached the APPs.

8. Children's Privacy

Our store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If

you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and

we will delete it promptly.

revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
